The project involves the construction of mixed-use facilities comprising a 34,000m2 40-story residential tower, and a 10,500m2 10-story office building.

The project will include the construction of 300 apartments, a restaurant, shops, cafes and other related amenities, and the installation of safety systems and elevators.

The 40-story residential tower is also called as The Atlas Building.

Make Architects has been appointed as architect, Scott Brownrigg as the delivery architect, Robert Bird Group Pty Ltd as design consultant, Geotechnical Consulting Group as geotechnical consultant, WSP Group as the Structural Engineer, GVA London Wall as the Project Manager and John F Hunt as the demolition contractor.

DP9 has been appointed as Planning Consultant ,Chapman BDSP as Engineer consultant, Woods Bagot as Interior Designer , Barton Willmore as Landscape Architect, EC Harris as Project Manager, Meinhardt UK as Façade Consultant , Sandy Brown as Acoustic Consultant , Hoare Lea Fire as Fire Consultant.

In October 2012, RI submitted a planning application and secured approval in February 2013.

In December 2013, RI selected Mount Anvil to jointly develop the project.

In July 2014, the deal between RI and Mount Anvil was cancelled.

On April 27, 2015, Mace Group Ltd was appointed as contractor for the residential tower.

In June 2015, the demolition works were completed.

In June 2017, Mace was awarded a US$8 million as subcontract to Vital Energi for install the main energy centre and scope of work includes heating and the cooling Hydraulic Interface Units.

Construction activities on the Atlas Building and expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2018.

The project involves the construction of mixed-use facilities at 145 city road near the Old Street roundabout in London, the UK.
