The project involves the construction of six condominium towers each ranging from 25-30 stories with 1,059 residential units on 7.6ha of land and being developed in phases.
It includes the construction of 5,57m2 restaurants, 2,322m2 three-story retail facility, 5,713m2 office facility, a beach club, a boat dock, 272 marina slips, parking facility, the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.
The first phase (Marina Village) includes the construction of a 25-story, 132-unit condominium tower on 2ha of land, 281m2 beach club, parking facility, the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.
Arquitectonica International Corporation has been appointed as architect.
In December 2013, West Palm Beach Planning Department granted outline approvals for the project.
In February 2014, the project received initial approval from the West Palm Beach commissioners.
In May 2016, The West Palm City Commission has provided approvals for the first phase of the project.
Subject to approval, the project is expected to be completed by 2025.
