The project involves the construction of a 204,387m2 warehouse complex comprising two buildings on 64.8ha of land. It includes the construction of a 130,064m2 warehouse building, a 74,322m2 warehouse building, an administrative space, storage units, distribution units, parking and related facilities.

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as a leasing consultant.

As of November 2016, RDC is under contract to acquire the project site. The deal is expected to close by September 2017

In August 2017, the City Council rejected the plans for proposed logistics center.

Scope

The project involves the construction of a 204,387m2 warehouse complex comprising two buildings on 64.8ha of land in Penn Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, the US.
