Rosenberg Development Corp. (RDC), Paragon Outlet Partners (Paragon) and the City of Rosenberg (CoR) are planning to build a shopping complex in Rosenberg, Texas, the US.
The project involves the construction of a 37,161m2 shopping center on 25.4ha of land and will be developed in phases.
The first phase includes the construction of a 34,838m2 shopping center. It includes the construction of 100 retail units and commercial units.
