Qingjian Realty (Residential) Pte. Ltd (Qingjian), Suntec Property Ventures Pte Ltd (SPVPL) and Bohai Investments (Sengkang) Pte Ltd (BIPL) are undertaking plans for the construction of a residential community in Singapore.

The project involves the construction of 497 Condominiums units within 9 blocks of 15–16 Story on a 16,386m2 of land. It includes the construction of a clubhouse, and parking and other related facilities.

On May 19, 2015, Housing & Development Board floated a tender for the purchase and development of the site for a 99-year lease period with the closing date of June 30, 2015, which was later extended to July 28, 2015.

HDB received 11 bids as a response to the tender.

On August 24, 2015, Qingjian, SPVPL and BIPL were selected as developers for the project.

As of March 2016, land acquisition has been completed.

ADDP Architects LLP has been appointed as an architect, Surbana Jurong Consultants Pte Ltd as a landscape consultant and TBC as a contractor.

The project is expected to be completed by August 2019.

Scope

The project involves the construction of 497 units within 9 blocks of 15–16 Story on a 16,386m2 of land in Singapore.
