On March 25, 2015, Roseland Property (Roseland), a subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (CLI) signed an agreement with Parkway to form a joint venture partnership to develop the project.

In June 2015, project secured planning approval from The Philadelphia Historical Commission and seeking approvals from the Planning Commission, Civic Design Review and also the Zoning Board of Adjustment.

In September 2016, CLI has pulled out of the project.

Parkway is in the process of reviewing options to develop the project.

The project involves the construction of a 32-story residential tower comprising 282 apartments in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the US.

The US$70 million project includes the following:
