The project involves the construction of a mixed-use development on 22.5ha of land. It includes the construction of 800 Riverside apartments, 30,000m2 of office space, 3,600m2 of retail space and 40,000m2 of industrial space. It also includes construction of hotel, administrative space, leisure facilities, parking spaces and installation of electrical system, safety and security systems. It will be developed in phases.

On December 19, 2014, ORCO acquired the project site for US$16.6 million.

CPI is in the process to commence the demolishing work on some of the existing buildings. Construction work on the first stage with two new buildings is expected to complete in 2020 and residential space in 2021, whereas the entire project is slated for completion in 2027.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community on 22.5ha of land in South Moravian, Czech Republic.
