The project involves the construction of the 45-story and 39-story mixed-use towers of 150,399m2 area on a 10,090m2 land.
The project includes the construction of 762 apartment units in the 45-story tower and 963 small office/home office (SoHo) units, 627 retail shops in the 39-story tower. It includes the construction of restaurants, parking and related infrastructure and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.
On June 13, 2014, construction activities were commenced.
In December 2016, topping out ceremony held.
Construction activities are underway and expected to be completed in 2018.
