On June 13, 2014, construction activities were commenced.

In December 2016, topping out ceremony held.

Construction activities are underway and expected to be completed in 2018.

Scope

The project involves the construction of a 45-storey and 39-storey mixed-use towers on a 10,090m2 of land in Tonle Bassac Commune, Chamkarmorn District, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The US$300 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of 762 residential apartment units in a 45-story tower

2. Construction of 963 small office/home office (SoHo) units, 627 retail shops in a 39-story tower

3. Construction of restaurants
