The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex comprising three buildings on 1.2ha of land. It includes the construction of 20- and 12-story residential buildings comprising 407 apartments, a 14-story 230-room hotel with banquet or conference space, 2,787m2 of retail space, shops and restaurants, 1,000 parking spaces, related facilities and the installation of elevators.
Sender Associates has been appointed as the legal consultant and Opus AE Group, L.L.C, an inland division of ODC has undertaken architectural and structural engineer works.
In May 2015, ODC submitted planning application to Tempe City Council (TCC).
ODC presented project plans to Tempe Development Review Commission on May 12, 2015.
On May 26, 2015, TCC approved conceptual design plans.
SmithGroupJJR has been appointed as the design consultant, The Sundt Companies Inc as general contractor and Cushman & Wakefield as the marketing consultant for the project.
In July 2015, TCC has approved the project plans and property tax breaks.
In December 2016, construction works commenced on the residential and retail sections of the project.
Construction activities are underway with completion slated for the third quarter of 2018.
