AECOM has been appointed as traffic consultant; Richard Lamb and Associates as landscape architect; SMEC as the lead consultant; Elton Consulting as assessment consultant; Cardno as the engineering consultant and Eco Logical Australia as environmental study consultant.

On December 2, 2016, NSWDPE unveiled the plans.

The public consultation was held on February 22, 2017.

Planning activities are underway.

Scope

The project involves the construction of a residential complex spanning 15ha at Ingleside suburb, New South Wales, Australia.

The US$200 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of the 3,400 residential units

2. Construction of a new primary school

3. Construction of open space and recreation center

4. Construction of town center

5. Construction of retail space

6. Construction of access roads
