NSW Department of Planning and Environment (NSWDPE), in collaboration with Northern Beaches Council and UrbanGrowth NSW, is planning to undertake the residential development in New South Wales, Australia.
The project involves the construction of a residential complex on 15ha of land. It will include the construction of 3,400 dwellings, a new primary school, town center, open space and recreation center, retail space, access roads, water and sewage infrastructure and related facilities.
AECOM has been appointed as traffic consultant; Richard Lamb and Associates as landscape architect; SMEC as the lead consultant; Elton Consulting as assessment consultant; Cardno as the engineering consultant and Eco Logical Australia as environmental study consultant.
On December 2, 2016, NSWDPE unveiled the plans.
The public consultation was held on February 22, 2017.
Planning activities are underway.
The project involves the construction of a residential complex spanning 15ha at Ingleside suburb, New South Wales, Australia.
