The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community on 23.47ha of land. It includes the construction of 200 apartments, two hotels comprising of 200 rooms, a 1,393m2 conference center, two office buildings, a grocery store, restaurants, retail space, a high-tech golf driving range concept called Driv Golf Lounge & Brewhouse, parking and related facilities.

KMG Hotels will be managing the two hotels.

The project is expecting US$33 million in public financing.

On January 3, 2017, NRA held a meeting with the North Kansas City Council (NKCC) to present the plans for the project.

As of July 2017, Negotiations are underway with the NKCC to determine the final deal to finance the project.

Construction is expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2017 and scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2018.
