On February 17, 2017, NDG unveiled the project plans.

NDG planned to complete the acquisition of Lincoln Journal Star site.

In January 2018, NDG received the redevelopment plan approvals.

Demolition works are scheduled to be completed by August 2018 and construction works by June 2019.Scope
