In August 2016, the review of design and development requirements was approved.
In September 2016, the review of financial issues was approved.
In April 2017, NCD revised the project plans to build a nine-story building with 125 apartments from the initial proposed 12-story building with 170 apartments.
In August 2017, NCD revealed new plans for the site.
In November 2017, the preliminary plans were submitted to the city's review board and awaiting approvals.
Subject to approvals, construction of the commercial complex is scheduled to break ground in the third quarter of 2018 and residential complex in the third quarter of 2019.
