Mori Trust, a subsidiary of Mori Building Co. Ltd, is undertaking the redevelopment of former Pastoral Building in Toranomon 4 Chome, Japan.

Yasui Architects has been appointed as architect and Shimizu Corporation as the demolition contractor.
In December 2016, construction works commenced.
Construction works are underway and expected to be completed by 2020.
