Yasui Architects has been appointed as architect and Shimizu Corporation as the demolition contractor.
In December 2016, construction works commenced.
Construction works are underway and expected to be completed by 2020.

The project involves the construction of an 180m-tall, 38-story mixed-use tower on the former site of Pastoral Building in Toranomon, Minato, Tokyo, Japan.
