RKG Associates Inc. has been appointed as a leasing consultant and OT Marshall Architects (OTMA) as an architect.
In September 2012, MHCD presented the project plans to Memphis City Council (MCC).
OTMA unveiled the design plans to MCC in February 2013.
In September 2013, the project plans were submitted to Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration (TDFA).
In August 2014, MHCD revised the project plans and waiting for planning approval.
