AGA Architects has been appointed as architect, Ong & Ong as a landscape architect, KTP Consultants Pte Ltd as a civil and structural engineer, United Project Consultants Pte Ltd as MEP consultants, WT Partnership as Quantity Surveyor, Su Misura for interior design, and Lee & Lee as legal advisor.
China Jingye Engineering Corporation Ltd has been appointed as the construction contractor.
The project obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in May 2017.
Construction activities are underway and expected to complete by 2018.
