Miami Corporation (MC) and its affiliated company, Swallowtail LLC (Swallowtail) are planning to build a mixed-use community in Florida, the US.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community on 397ha of land. It includes the construction of 2,306 residential units, 106,838m2 of commercial, office and industrial space, a 200-room hotel, 4,645m2 of public institutional space including schools, medical facilities and fire stations, parking and related facilities.
MC and Swallowtail estimate that the project needs a total of US$81.73 million worth of infrastructure. The largest single category of work will be for US$19 million in improvements of Deering Parkway, including extending the road west of Scottsmoor exit off Interstate 95.

The Brevard County commissioners approved two zoning changes in August 2015 on a total of 6.7ha of land near the I-95 Scottsmoor exit.
In December 2015, the Brevard County Commission held a public hearing for the project.
