In December 2015, URA granted the provisional permission for the development.

DP Architects Pte Ltd has been appointed as an architect, DP Design Pte Ltd has been appointed as development Interior Designer, Index Design Pte Ltd has been appointed as Show Suite Interior Designer, Grant Associate Singapore Pte Ltd has been appointed as Landscape Architect, Kim Seng Heng Engineering Construction (Pte) Ltd has been appointed as the Main contractor, Allen & Gledhill LLP has been appointed as Legal Advisor.
In January 2016, construction work commenced.
Construction is underway, the office and retail elements are expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2018 and residential complex be completed by the second quarter of 2019.
