The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex comprising 60-story, 35-story and 25-story towers with 964 units on 1.25ha of land. It includes the construction of a hotel with 150 rooms, 14,000m2 commercial space, 1,000m2 of retail space 1,300 parking spaces and related facilities, and the installation of elevators and security systems.
PTW Architects and Collins & Turner have been appointed as architect.
In December 2013, LE purchased the project site from NEWS Corporation for US$42 million.
In August 2014, LE submitted planning proposal for the site to Parramatta City Council.
