Kogarah Golf Club (KGC) along with Cook Cove Inlet Pty Ltd (CCI), a subsidiary of John Boyd Properties (JBP) is planning to undertake the construction of a golf course in New South Wales, Australia.

The project involves the construction of an 18-hole golf course on 52ha of land. It includes the construction of professional shop, creche facilities, small gymnasium, walkway through the golf course, 20m lap pool, tennis courts and a half width synthetic lawn bowls and bocce rink to offer diversity and versatility of use, a bird-watching space near the Landing Lights Wetlands and the creation of ponds for the green and golden bell frogs, remediating the southern precinct, a new clubhouse featuring a 200-person function room and a members lounge, landscapes, 220 parking facilities and other related facilities.

Bank of Scotland International (BOSI) and Westpac will be funding the project. AECOM has been appointed to undertake a preliminary review of opportunities and constraints to development.

Golf By Design has been appointed as the design consultant, FJMT Architects as an architect, Herbert Smith Freehills and Pigott Stinson lawyers as legal advisors.

In November 2016, development application was submitted to the New Bayside Council.

Planning activities are underway.

The project involves the construction of an 18-hole golf course on 52ha of land at Cook Cove in Botany, New South Wales, Australia.

The US$72 million project includes the following:
