Kwikwetlem First Nation (KFN) is planning to build a mixed-use community in British Columbia, Canada.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community on a 45.7ha of land. It includes the construction of a 370-unit low-rise apartment complex on the northeast portion of the property, a 70-unit townhouse complex on the south-west corner, warehouses, an 11,148m2 office building for First Nation Health Authority (FNHA), walkways, parking and related facilities, and the installation of safety and security systems.
Lepage Associates has been appointed as project manager.
On May 11, 2015, City Council of Port Coquitlam recommended the draft land use plans.
In February 2016, KFN filed a land claim in the British Columbia Supreme Court.
