In June 16, 2015, JLB presented the project plans in the meeting with West Fairfax County Citizens Assn (WFCCA) Land-Use Committee.

On September 16, 2015, Fairfax County Planning Commission reviewed the rezoning application of the project.

On October 20, 2015, Fairfax County Board of Supervisors approved the plans.

In August 2016, site plans were approved for the project.

The Trinity Centre project involves the construction of a mixed-use community on 2.8ha of land in Centreville, Virginia, the US.

The US$250 million project includes the following:
