The Illinois State University (ISU) is undertaking the Fine Arts Complex project at the Illinois State University in Normal Town, Illinois, the US.
The project involves the construction of a new fine arts complex on 18,580m2 area. It includes the renovation of the existing three buildings namely Centennial East, Centennial West, and the Center for Visual Arts, the construction of a new arts centre, a music centre, a theatre, a dance and arts technology space and related facilities, and the installation of safety and security systems.
The Illinois Jobs Now capital construction program will provide US$54.25 million for the project, with US$7.5 million for design and planning of the project.
RATIO architects and HGA architects were appointed as architects for the project.
In July 2015, project schematic design completed and the project placed on hold by Capital Development Board (CDB).
