Perkins Eastman has been appointed as architect for the project.

In December 2013, Hilltop acquired the project site from the Irvington Township for US$1 million.

On May 18, 2015, Hilltop broke ground on the project.

TD+PARTNERS, LLC have been appointed as Developer and Lettire Construction as General Contractor.

Demolition works has been completed.

In June 2016, construction works commenced on the first phase.

Construction works on the first phase are underway with completion anticipated by 2017. The entire project will take 10 years to complete.
