High Street Fillmore LLC (HSF), a subsidiary of Trammell Crow Co. is planning to undertake the construction of a mixed-use complex in Phoenix, Arizona, the US.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex comprising 659 apartments on 3ha of land. It will be developed in two phases.
The first phase includes the construction 329 apartments, 20 townhouses and 527 parking spaces and the second phase includes 330 residential units and 430 parking spaces.
The project includes the construction of 1,300m2 of retail space, 288m2 of office space, 1,858m2 of amenity space includes pools, a club room, outdoor courtyards, a fitness center, coffee/wine bar, a lobby and related facilities.
On August 2016, the Phoenix City Council selected HSF as preferred bidder for the project site.
Elness Swenson Graham Architects, Inc. has been appointed as architect; WDP Partners as leasing consultant; MetroWest Development as residential developer and Principal Financial Group as associate developer for the project.
Construction is expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2017.
