Hinduja Realty Ventures Ltd (HRVL) and Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd (GOCL) are planning to undertake the construction of a new mixed-use township in Telangana, India.
The project involves the construction of an integrated mixed-use township with a built-up area of 1,115,000m2 on a 40.46ha of land.
It will include the construction of 510,967m2 of residential facilities, 139,355m2 of commercial facilities, 18,580m2 hotel, retail and serviced apartments, 27,870m2 health-care facilities, 18,580m2 entertainment and retail facilities, 213,677m2 of community facilities and parking facility, and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.
In July 2012, HRVL signed a joint venture agreement with GOCL to build the facility.
Master planning activities have been completed.
