The project includes the construction of two commercial districts, a pedestrian bridge over the Raccoon River to Gray's Lake, a dog park, retail shops, a pool, parking and related facilities.
RGD Planning and Design has been appointed as architect.
As of July 2017, the City of Des Moines (COD) is in the process to review a development agreement for the project, with a final vote scheduled for August 14, 2017.
A groundbreaking ceremony is expected to be held in the second quarter of 2018.
Tenants would start moving into the first phase in the second quarter of 2019.
The whole project will take 20 years to complete.
