First Precinct known as Stonebridge Village Core includes the construction of commercial space, retail, space, office space, seniors housing, civic offices and open public spaces.
The second Precinct known as South Stonebridge includes the construction of multi-family residential space, townhouses, commercial space, and retail space.
The third Precinct known as West Stonebridge includes the construction of single-family residential space, townhouses and parks.
First Precinct will be developed in the first phase.
On November 18, 2008, Limona Group was appointed as the developer for the project.
HCI is awaiting rezoning approvals.
