Fender Katsalidis Architects has been appointed as architect, Oculus as landscape architect and Abode Hotels as management contractor.

Planning activities are underway. Construction works are expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2017 with completion scheduled by the third quarter of 2019.

Scope

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex comprising three integrated buildings ranging up to nine stories on 0.62ha land in Braddon, Canberra, Australia.
