The project involves the construction of a 35,000m2 mixed-use complex comprising four residential towers of seven and eight stories. It includes the construction of 221 units located above three levels of commercial space, 330 car spaces for residents, visitors and commercial tenants, and an internal, landscaped, courtyard sized two residential blocks.

In June 2013, Spark Architects was appointed as architect.

Edmion Jones has been appointed as architect and TCW Consulting as the planner.

In May 2016, an amended planning application was submitted to Wollongong City Council.

In November 2016, Wollongong City Council planning staff recommended the project approval.

Construction is expected to begin by the end of 2017 with completion slated for November 2019.

Scope

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on a 35,000m2 area comprising 221 apartments & four separate residential towers of seven and eight stories in Wollongong City, New South Wales, Australia.

The US$67 million project includes the following:

2. Construction of 34 motorbike spaces

3. Construction of 141 bike racks

4. Construction of courtyard with shops and restaurants
