Globe Trade Centre S.A., (GTC) is undertaking the construction of a shopping mall in Belgrade, Serbia.

The project involves the construction of a 34,500m2 shopping center.

It includes the construction of retail facilities, department stores, a food court, an entertainment center, 882 parking spaces and related facilities, and the installation of lifts, elevators, safety and security systems.

In April 2016, GTC completed assembling the development site.

In mid-February 2017, GTC received the final building permit for construction of Ada Mall.

Design International has been appointed as architect for the project.

On March 6, 2017, construction activities commenced.

On April 20, 2017, Banca Intesa together with PBZ Bank from Croatia, VUB Bank from Slovakia and several members of Intesa Sanpaolo Group signed a contract with GTC on providing US$69 million funding for the construction.

Construction activities are underway and expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2018.
