On May 14, 2015, GSFMO awarded a US$94 million construction contract to Haif Bin Mohammed Bin Abboud Al Qahtani & Partners for Trading & Contracting Company (Haif Company).
Haif Company is in plans to appoint a sub contractor and construction is expected to commence after the contract is awarded.
