The project involves the construction of 212 apartments on 15.87ha of land in three stages with three buildings of five levels each, the first four stories will have about 15 apartments each and 10 apartments on the top level. While the fourth building to house four high-end four-bedroom units.

The project also includes the construction of two lakes, an on-site manager’s office, a convenience store, a wet edge pool, and barbecues, walking tracks and a gymnasium and parking facilities.

Kelly Development Services has been appointed as the planning consultant.

Construction work on lakes and basic amenities commenced in the first quarter of 2015 and apartment units commenced in August 2015.
