In August 2014, GLA commenced site preparatory activities for a six-story building.
In May 2015, foundation works on the seven-story building were commenced.

Construction works on first three low-rise buildings, 30-story building, seven-story building 97 residential units are underway and estimated to complete by the fourth quarter of 2017.
