As of July 2017, KCC requested GIL to provide an updated traffic assessment to take account of the cumulative impact of increased traffic, further road safety audit, details on public lighting, surface water, and drainage issues by the fourth quarter of 2017.

The project involves the construction of a 26,800m2 residential complex comprising 207 homes on 10.2ha of land in Kildare, County Kildare, Ireland.

The US$30 million project includes the following:
