Cline Design Associates has been appointed as the landscape architect, Saunders + Crouse Architects as architect, Burgess & Niple as the civil engineer and Kimley-Horn as the design consultant.
On March 3, 2014, GCV submitted a revised planning application to the council.
In August 2014, the Peninsula Airport Commission and city recommended the City Council to approve the revised plans.
