Grove City Council (GCC) is undertaking the redevelopment of Beulah Park racetrack into a mixed-use community in Grove City, Ohio, the US.

The project involves the construction of mixed-use facilities on 85.7ha. It includes the construction of 380 apartment homes, 120 ranch-style condominiums, 60 townhouse-style condominiums, 300 single-family detached homes, a 102-unit senior luxury independent living facility and 75-unit assisted living buildings.

The project also includes rerouting a stream, building a trail and extending a road connecting the former racetrack site and an adjoining neighborhood, and demolishing the clubhouse and other track buildings.

Falco Smith and Kelley Inc. has been appointed as the developer and G2 Planning & Design as planner.

Work to extend the road from the racetrack site to downtown Grove City is already underway.

In July 2017, GCC unveiled new proposals for the project.
