Fabcot Pty Ltd (FPL), a subsidiary of Woolworths is planning to undertake the New Retail and Commercial Development at Warnervale Town Center in New South Wales, Australia.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use development on a 15ha area. It includes the construction of retail center with floor space on a 5,000m2 area, a new main street and civic square with floor space on a 33,610m2 area, supermarket and store, parking and loading dock facilities, leisure and entertainment facilities, new access roads and intersections and related facilities.
TPG NSW has been appointed as a master planner for the project.
In September 2013, the project obtained approvals from Department of Planning and Infrastructure (DoP&I).
Planning activities are underway.
