Folkestone Harbour Company (FHC) is planning to undertake the construction of a mixed-use facility in Kent, the UK.

It includes the construction of 1,000 homes, 10,000m2 of commercial and leisure facilities, a sea sports center, restaurants, shops and bars, public gardens, offices and other leisure facilities.
Terry Farrell and Partners has been appointed as architect, Camlins as landscape architect, Savills as planning consultant, Buro Happold Consulting Engineers as study consultant, and Walker Construction UK Ltd as construction contractor for the project.
In September 2012, FHC submitted a planning application to the Shepway District Council and secured outline planning approval for the project in August 2013.
On January 29, 2015, FHC received US$7.5 million towards grant for the project. The grant is part of US$23 million grant announced from the government’s Local Growth Fund.
As of July 2017, site preparatory works are underway and FHC plans to submit a detailed planning application to commence main construction of the project.
