Fujian Datang International Wind Power Development Co. Ltd. (FDIWPDL) a subsidiary of Datang international power generation Co Ltd (DIP) is planning to undertake the Liu’ao Offshore Wind Farm project in China.
The project involves the construction of offshore wind farm with a capacity of 300MW.
The project include the construction of powerhouses, substations, access roads and related facilities, and the installation of wind turbines, transformers, power controlling systems and equipment, and the laying of transmission lines.
In July 2013, FDIWPDL submitted the planning application to the National Energy Board for approval of the project.
