Site preparation works are underway.

Scope

The project involves the construction of a residential and business complex along the border of Lansing and East Lansing along Michigan Avenue near US 127, Lansing, Michigan, the US.

The US$270 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of 129 town homes

2. Construction of student apartments comprising of 1,200 beds

3. Construction of five restaurants

4. Construction of a medical office building

5. Construction of parking facilities

6. Construction of a full-service Hyatt and Moxy hotels

7. Development of a park on 8ha
