Concept Architecture has been appointed as architect and WYG plc as project manager.
On January 6, 2015, FC submitted the outline plans for the development. The council addressed the issue of surface water flooding.
In February 2016, the project is recommended for approval by the planning committee at South Lakeland District Council.
FC secured outline planning approvals in January 2017. Planning activities are underway.
