Enfinity Group (Enfinity) is planning to construct the Wind Farm project in South Central Coast, Vietnam.
The project involves the construction of 124.5MW wind farm on 553ha of land and it will be implemented in three phases.
The first phase involves the installing six wind turbines with the combined capacity of 20MW.The second phase will consist of 14 additional wind turbines with the combined capacity of 46MW and the third phase includes 18 additional wind turbines with the capacity of 60MW.
It includes the construction of a powerhouse, a substation and other related facilities, the laying of transmission lines, and the installation of transformers, safety system and wind turbines.
In 2011, the government has given approval for the master plan of the development.
On March 28, 2017, Enfinity has submitted plans to the provincial People’s Committee.
Construction works are scheduled to commence in October 2018. The first phase will enter into operation in February 2019. The second phase will be put into operation by June 2019 and the whole project will be completed in September 2019.
