On March 17, 2015, TCoA approved the rezoning for the project.

American Eagle Construction, Arthur Rutenberg Homes/Hearthstone Luxury Homes, Elm Street Builders, Lloyd Builders, and Statement Custom Homes have been appointed as builders.

On June 8, 2016, groundbreaking was held and the project is financed through BB&T.

In November 2016, EOH received approvals to build additional 230 apartments from the Town Council of Apex.
