Elicio NV (ENV) is planning to undertake the construction of a wind farm project in Vojvodina, Serbia.

The project involves the construction of a 42MW wind farm. It includes the construction of a 33kV substation, a control building, tower foundations and access roads, the installation of 21 wind turbines, a 33/110kV transformer station, and the laying of underground transmission lines. Wind turbines will be identical and placed with the minimum spacing of 400m, in three rows of seven.

The building permit was obtained in the middle of 2014, followed by several important permits regulating the construction of access roads and traffic connections.

On September 29, 2016, Senvion SE signed a conditional contract with ENV for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of MM100 turbines of 2MW. The installation is planned to take place in 2018 and Senvion will provide servicing facility over a period of 15 years.

The project has secured all the necessary permits and funding. ENV has signed power purchase agreement (PPA) with Electric Power Industry of Serbia (EPS).

Construction works are expected to commence in the fourth quarter 2017 and scheduled to be completed in the fourth of quarter 2018.


The project involves the construction of a 42MW wind farm in Alibunar, municipality in South Banat District of Vojvodina, Serbia.
