Elizabeth House Ltd Partnership (EHLP), a joint venture between Chelsfield Partners and London and Regional Properties, is undertaking a mixed-use complex in the UK.
The project involves the construction of two new buildings comprising an 11-story south tower and a 29-story north tower on 132,000m2 of land. It includes the construction of 142 residential units, 88,648m2 of office space, 10,000m2 of public space, retail outlets and parking facility and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.
David Chipperfield Architects Ltd and Hopkins Architects were appointed as architects, West 8 Urban Design & Landscape Architecture as a landscape architect, Hilson Moran as a consultant, Arup as a structural engineer, and Waterman Group as an environmental consultant for the project.
In November 2012, EHLP has secured outline planning approval for the project.
In March 2014, the project received planning approval from Lambeth Council after a year-long delay due to legal issues.
In December 2014, EHLP submitted revised final draft plan second time following a failed legal challenge.
In July 2015, final planning approvals for the project was received by EHLP.
EHLP is in the process of selling off a major stake in their project.
In May 2017, HB Reavis brought 'Elizabeth House development' site from from London & Regional Properties.
