Edilcan Development Corporation (EDC) is planning to undertake the construction of a mixed-use community in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The first phase of the project includes the construction of two, 10-story towers comprising 420 residential units and ground-level retail space.
The later phases of the project feature three towers of 31, 37, and 47 stories sitting atop a shared four-story podium. The mixed-use podium will contain 3,200m2 office space, 3,200m2 retail space, and 14 townhouses, with one level of underground parking and five levels of above-ground parking, development of 13,700m2 of public green space and the installation of elevators and safety systems.
Page + Steele Architects, a subsidiary of IBI Group has been appointed as the architect, Urban Strategies Inc. as the planning consultant and Claude Cormier + Associés as the landscape architect.
In July 2016, EDC submitted the zoning application as part of the planning process which was reviewed by the Design Review Panel (DRP).
On November 9, 2016, EDC submitted the planning application which is currently under review.
Construction is expected to be complete in 2021.
