Hunter & Associates Ltd has been appointed as planning consultant; Scott Torrance Landscape Architect Inc. as landscape architect; and Zeidler Partnership Architects and E I Richmond Architects Ltd as architects.

In 2014, EC and FCR resubmitted project plans to Toronto City Council (TCC) for the proposed site.

In March 2016, Empire Communities submitted revised planning application.

In June 2016, the project was facing opposition from local residents due to heritage & height issues, plans were under review by the Toronto City Council.
