Edwards Companies Inc. (EC) is planning to undertake the construction of a mixed-use complex in Delray Beach, Florida, the US.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex comprising 343 luxury condominium and apartments on a 4ha of land and is being implemented in phases. It includes the construction of 82 high-end condominium units and 261 rental units within six buildings of three and four stories; 7,710m2 office facility; 7,060m2 restaurants and retail units comprising six restaurants and 15 retail stores, parking and related facilities.
The first phase of construction will include an underground parking garage while the construction of apartments, retail and office space in the second phase.
In January 2014, the project received in-principle approval from the city council.
Wildcat Demolition has been appointed as the demolition contractor, McCarthy and Associates as structural engineer and KEPHART Community Planning Architecture, Lupton Rausch Architecture + Interior Design and Brian Kent Jones Architects as architects.
On January 26, 2015, construction fencing was installed between US1/E 6th Avenue and NE 7th Avenue at the Corner of E Atlantic Avenue.

In June 2016, EC acquired the project rights from CDS International Holdings for US$38.5 million.
In May 2017, Delray Beach commissioners signed an amended settlement agreement bringing an end to the state and federal litigation between the city and EC.
EC is in the process of securing final planning approval to commence construction works on the project.
