The project involves the construction of a 14-story building that will include the construction of 24,154m2 office space, meeting rooms, conference rooms, storage units, a cafeteria, a fitness centre 820 parking spaces and the installation of elevators related facilities.

OTPC in-house division will do the construction works.

The project is planned to be built in two phases. The first phase includes the excavation and foundation works and the second stage, includes the construction of the super-structure, which will be implemented subject to prevailing market and financial conditions.

In the first quarter of 2011, foundation works on the project were completed.
